I have removed this test from the remainder of the M5 builds, and filed a bug to investigate. It looks like the function is working, so we need to investigate why this is failing intermitently. However, it should not hold us up with M5.

I'm unable to reproduce the debug test failure. We've seen this failure 
reported by builds in the past, though, with no reported problems from users. 
This failure shouldn't affect the usability of the build.
