[jdt-core-dev] Git migration

JDT Core is moving to Git during the week-end. The plan
is that everything is done on Monday night in time for the next I-build.
In order to have a clear cut, no changes must be committed to HEAD until
the migration is done.

I will send a note after the successfully migration.
