Version v_868 of org.eclipse.jdt.core
project is the JDT/Core
contribution for 3.4RC2.

HEAD is now reopened for development.
However do not forget the rules for RC3:  
any fix that goes in HEAD should be
approved/reviewed by the component lead and
it should be reviewed by 2 other committers.
