[jdt-core-dev] Removed RegressionTestSetup from JUnit view

So that you don't wonder what's going
on, I just released changes that get rid of the 'RegressionTestSetup' node
in the Junit view when running the compiler tests.
I also fixed the fact that the compliance
node was not properly shown when running the whole suite (it didn't print
as '1.3', '1.4, '1.5', etc.)
