[jdt-core-dev] Report class subclasses while searching for implementors

We intend to change current Search Engine behavior while searching for
implementors.

If there's no doubt while performing this kind of search for interfaces, it
seems that current behavior is unclear for classes
(see bugs https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=122442 and
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=124645);

In order to address JDT/UI request and fix these bugs, Search Engine will
now report class subclasses while searching for its implementors.

If you're concerned by this kind of searches and think this change could
break something for you, please let us know ASAP, thanks
