There is no 3.1.3 officially scheduled. Olivier only meant to expose a
preview of what could become 3.1.3 from JDTCore standpoint.
We have backported to 3.1 maintenance stream some fixes we made in 3.2 and
which could be critical to some users.

Hi,
I wasn't aware of 3.1.3 maintenance build so far and it is not yet listed
on the maintenance schedule
