wsdl4j:wsdl4j is a very old utility but is still used by products today,
apache CXF for example. The last version of this utility was released
in 2013. Its original sourceforge project no longer exists. There no
longer appears to be an owner or maintainer of this code. The code was
created by IBM. A jakarta version of this utility is needed. Would this
group be the right team to provide and maintain a jakarta version of this utility?
