[jaxrs-dev] References to JSRs and reference format inconsistency

Hello,

I just finished to check all the JSR references.

During my last reading of the document, I spotted some inconsistencies regarding the format of the references. Sometimes is mentioned the version along with the specification name, while others there is only the specification name e.g. Bean Validation specification <<bib16>> and Bean Validation 1.1 <<bib16>>.

Also, in this particular case, bib16 references to version 2.0 therefore Bean Validation 1.1 <<bib16>> should be an errata?

I'd suggest to remove all the version references to reduce the number of changes needed when the version changes in the bibliography.
