FYI, since today there are nightly builds of jakarta.ws.rs-api available for non-production use available at the Eclipse Foundation's Maven Repository. :-)

Simply add https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/snapshots/ as a SNAPSHOT repository to your pom.xml to always compile against the latest master branch.

I assume this time it stays a permanent service from now on, as it is legal now to publish these SNAPSHOTs due to the recent namespace and project renaming.
