Oracle has a Web Services certification, mainly focused on SOAP and JAX-WS but also asseses, but covering JAX-RS too.

Isn't JAX-RS as important as JPA, EJB, and JSF?

Maybe the JAX-RS team can influence them to include such a certificate so that we can prove ourselves to employers that we know how to build RESTful web services with JAX-RS.
