As mentioned in [1], tests that depend on jakarta.xml.bind.Validator need to be updated as jakarta.xml.bind.Validator is removed from XML Binding 4.0 [2].

Who can remove the jakarta.xml.bind.Validator references from the Platform TCK tests?
