For the updated OS list, I am thinking of sorting that by first letter.  

I created the PR last night via github web browser UI, which created a readmeupdate branch (yech), I expected github to prompt me to use my fork instead but I guess not.  I will delete the readmeupdate branch after we merge the change in (probably sooner than later).

The current README.md has specific instructions for the Jakarta EE 8 Platform TCK, which is fine but what happens when EE 9/10/11 are released?  Should the README.me stay current for the latest and perhaps older versions migrate to a different page?  

I started replacing RI with GlassFish but ended up leaving RI, as is.  Suggestion/feedback/changes on the PR are welcome.
