Shouldn't the default map match one of the other maps?

sig.test-map is a default if the JDKs do not match in the sig test code

This file still refers to JavaMail 1.4.  The current version is JavaMail 1.6.
Is this file even being used?

(I'm tying to figure out what to clean up or remove as part of updating
the TCK for Jakarta Mail 2.0.)
