[jakartaee-tck-dev] Wiki updated for Jakarta EE TCK repo

Hi all,

I have updated the wiki 
https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/wiki/Instructions-for-Building-&-Running-Jakarta-EE-Standalone-TCKs 
to perform build & run of Standalone TCKs in Jakarta EE TCK repo from 
local machines.

The wiki 
https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/wiki/Instructions-for-building-and-running-JakartaEE-TCK-bundle 
is used to perform build & run of JakartaEE TCK.

Please help review them and let us know if further clarifications are 
required. Also please suggest if any other relevant topics on this repo 
needs to be put in a wiki.
