[jakartaee-tck-dev] Availability of test harness doc/PDF?

Hi,

I was able to build the test harness locally but would also like the 
user guide which didn't seem to be built by default.  Does anyone know 
if the test harness documentation is available online?  The TCK 
README.md [1] refers to the OpenJDK wiki [2] but [2] has been down for 
maintenance since yesterday.

Also, is there an option to build the harness doc/PDF from the source 
project [3]?
