[jakartaee-spec-project-leads] Congratulation on reaching milestone one

Thank you to all specification projects that have completed a draft PR for the EE10 release. Today was the final deadline for that, and every project targeted for EE10 has produced at least a draft PR with candidate final API artifacts and specifications.
Now we need to complete the PRs and go to ballot. The major work left for this will be the finalization of the TCK, some release of a compatible implementation that passes the proposed final TCK, and a compatibility certification request. The goal for completing the platform specifications and TCKs is May 31, so all component specifications need to have gone to ballot by at least May 15 in order for the two week voting period to have completed prior. The sooner you can complete the EE10 work, the better.
