If we plan to do
at least one poll for every Specification, then these would have to be
very simple, very concise polls.  Or else, people's attention span
will waver...

Maybe simple SurveyMonkey
polls would be a better choice than Twitter polls?  Does Eclipse have
a license for SurveyMonkey?
