[jakartaee-spec-project-leads] Marking XML schemas to Final for 9.0

Hi,

 

I have created PR #998 to mark all schemas to Final for 9.0 release in https://jakarta.ee/xml/ns/jakartaee/.

 

Please review and merge.

 

I would also like to bring your attention to a pending PR in jakartaee-schemas

 

https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-schemas/pull/12

 

This is already merged in jakarta.ee project but needs to be merged in schemas project.
