Re: [jakartaee-spec-project-leads] Merging EE4J_8 branch into Jakarta EE 8 branch (master)

I am using EE4J_8 branch for Jakarta EE 8 release. For projects which were inactive I think we should use EE4J_8 branch too because it’s safe.
