The 3.1 TCK should be here: https://download.eclipse.org/ee4j/jakartaee-tck/jakartaee10/staged/eftl/jakarta-pages-tck-3.1.0.zip

It contains tests for the major new feature, which is errorOnELNotFound. GlassFish M4 (WaSP 3.1) passes this TCK.
