Special thanks to you, Kevin, for volunteering to do the thankless job of organizing the Jakarta EE 9 delivery.
For people who want a taste of what that's like. You have to convince 30+ specification projects to work towards the same date, then you have to explain to another group of people you can't guarantee those dates as this is an open source effort. It's a tricky balance where people on either side are likely to not like what they're hearing; you're not often showered with praise :)
