Since this is the Platform repo and a part of EE4J, committers must have signed the ECA in order for all checks to pass. Even for this discussion-wiki...

Make sure to read the CONTRIBUTING file (https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-platform/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.adoc) before submitting PRs to avoid extra work or frustration.
