Dear All:
The Jakarta EE Working Group Elections for Enterprise Member Representatives on all three committees closed on Friday, October 4th, and we are pleased to announce the following elected representatives for 2024-2025:
Steering Committee Representatives:

Specification Committee Representatives:
Jun Qian, Primeton Information Technologies, Inc
Zhai Luchao, Shandong Cvicse Middleware Co., Ltd
Marketing and Brand Committee Representatives:
Reza Rahman, Microsoft
Eric Meng, Primeton Information Technologies, Inc
As a reminder, Marcin Kruglik (Steering Committee), and Marcelo Ancelmo (Specification Committee) were acclaimed to the roles of Participant Member Representatives. The Participant Member Representative seat for the Marketing & Brand Committee remains vacant.
Additionally, Wener Keil (Specification Committee) and Otavio Santana (Marketing & Brand Committee) were acclaimed to the roles of Committer Member Representatives. The Committer Member Representative seat for the Steering Committee remains vacant. Elected representatives, like every other member of the committee, have the responsibility and obligation of directly defining and implementing the working group’s charter. Working group committees require quorum and regularly vote on matters pertaining to the working group. As a result, elected representatives are required to be in regular attendance at meetings.
