First I don't remember this, and second, that does not seem like an appropriate statement as this has not been decided as a matter of policy.

 

 In the chat conversation, I was commenting on the instance of Config (how to resolve circular dependencies between MicroProfile and Jakarta when depending on Config. moving MicroProfile Config to Jakarta Config is what we are doing). I was not intending to state that was the policy but commenting on the current situation. Maybe the minutes should either leave it out or rewording to focus on one instance.
