Thank you for your prompt reply. I appreciate it. 

Prioritizing the CY2022 topic as #1st in the agenda seems efficient based on the CY2022 deadlines provided by the EMO. 
Maybe 3 doesn't make it to the 1hr and that should be ok as we can push it to Nov Q3 update. 

May I suggest that the agenda be modified as follows:
  1. Review of Program Planning Status for CY2022. Can the document be sent to this forum, maybe,  5 days before the call? Or at least 72hrs before the call to enable the community to either join the call or send their feedback via a written form?
  2. Open forum for input/suggestions/critic for CY2022 Program Plan  --- written (this forum, clean thread) and oral (the call) should be encouraged. 

Overview of CY2021 program plan and accomplishments through Q3 ---- includes welcoming input/suggestions about making the Working Group more valuable for contributors, committers, and members:

·         Include drill-down on the following by other presenters

·         Jakarta EE Specifications Update

·         Jakarta EE Marketing Update

·         Jakarta EE and MicroProfile

With Q4 here (the planning for Jakarta EE 2022 starting), I wonder if we could finally process this ticket request [ Website Feature] Add the Jakarta EE Budget to its website under Membership Tab as a PERMANENT item #58 submitted in December 16th, 2020? 

 

I also wonder if the 2022 drafts (both general and marketing budgets) are going to be shared via this 2 forums before the private vote (by the Steering Cmtee) stamps it? 

 

Given that the 2020 budget has been public since Dec 2020, shouldn't we integrate early feedback from the entire active ecosystem?
