The [Jakarta EE Mailing List- Google Sheet] Inventory to help update the EF accounts - database via API #996 has completed its review 1-week ago. Thank you to all of you who chose to collaborate in the review. Thank you to the EF team, who will close the ticket upon updating the 2 systems.  💙

The EF WebMaster Team has the final document used to update the Jakarta Mailing list website page "Connect" Project Mailing Lists choice. The update will also clean up the entire EF infra ecosystem. 

Tanja will drop the PDF to the new Jakarta Community drive. 

A few projects might choose to start using their very own mailing lists. That choice is up to each group. You can find the lists under the "Needed Emails Tab" in the draft collaborative document.
