- +40 tickets have been closed with ~ 10 Jakartees providing feedback on the tickets, emails, and google sheet. Thank you, #ossDOERs!
- 1 git issue is left: Git Issue tracking the google inventory sheet - Open, awaiting feedback by the WebMaster team on the sheet format.
- Jakarta EE Mailing List- Google Sheet 4 tabs make the document and enable future conversation on "needed emails," deprecation & ee4j.
- The Jakarta EE replaces the current mailing list. The document is meant to be the source of truth for the project mailing list—currently public edit. Once the community approves it, its edit needs to be protected yet placed under the Website for tracking and reference. The document aims to update the Jakarta EE mailing lists as forums are deprecated, adjusted, added, etc.
- The EF Webmaster Team has agreed to help with such git issue requests, doing so will update the mailing list across the entire foundation infrastructure and not only the Connect Jakarta EE Mailing Lists.
I chose to alphabetize the mailing lists after placing the 6 regular forums (rows 3 to 8) first.
