This communication is to let you know ballot distribution is underway. Ballots have been or are in the process of being distributed to company representatives for participant member companies and to Jakarta EE committer members by way of email.
Online Voting System:
This year we are using an online voting system to host these three elections. As a result, please ensure you check your spam filter to ensure you receive the email communication(s). The email includes a unique access key for secure voting including voting instructions. Votes will be tabulated by the system and will remain anonymous.

In general, the rules for voting are the same as for Board members for the
Foundation, and are described in detail in the Eclipse Foundation Bylaws. The election will run until May 15th
and we look forward to announcing the results shortly thereafter.
Good luck to all candidates and congratulations to Werner Keil who has
been elected to the Specification Committee as the Committer representative and
Wei Yong Sen who has been elected to the Marketing and Brand Committee representing
Kindgee Apusic. Both have been acclaimed
to the roles. We appreciate your participation!
