Thank you Ivar!  I verified that the promoted 10.0.3 Platform TCK passes the TCK Signature tests on Java 21!

After the  promote-release [1] is run to promote the Platform TCK 10.0.3 TCK, please then merge the [2] request to update the [3] page.
