Re: [jakarta.ee-spec] Updated finalization steps
Sure, entering the high points of the process as quick checklist reminders.  But, we shouldn't move all of the document contents into that Checklist.  I think the final version of the Ballot doc should probably be another document on our Spec Process page:  https://jakarta.ee/committees/specification/

And, I don't think we should duplicate information (ie. the actual email template).  We're bound to let one get out of synch just like I did with the Jakarta EE 9 schedule.  I've asked Paul to put this on the agenda for tomorrow's meeting.  We can see what the wider team thinks.

That is what the spec finalization is supposed to be covering, so anything relevant should be moved in there.
