I hope forking to new org is just a test
(https://github.com/jakarta-ee/enterprise-beans-spec or
https://github.com/jakarta-ee/authorization-spec),
and transferring repos between orgs
(https://help.github.com/en/articles/transferring-a-repository) is
considered as well.
