Good question Reza. 

Since the issue deals with fixing a branding issue that affects the trademark, such written updates ought to be submitted to the Jakarta EE public marketing mailing list. 

I am hopeful that forum Marketing public list will be available VERY soon. 
 The Collateral Repo is now a reality.  

We ought to encourage more open branding/marketing/design etc written conversations to welcome others to join that process as well. 💙

Thought the whole name nitpicking was over after we found "Jakarta". I don't think I am the only one who has more important things to review here than a legal document or having to sign something we already signed once again. I have filed a Bugzilla -Bug to enable the proper fixing of the Jakarta EE name in its legal Agreements. The goal is for the project agreements to be reverted to the agreement dated version v2.2. 12/17/2018 signed by all of us back when.  

You can track its progress or comment directly on the ticket. #ossDOERs :)
