I did not recall only voting on the Committer seat, but I think last year there was no election because we had only one candidate (or zero for the Marketing Committer seat) each, so I guess it may have been like that earlier.
You are correct, where we had only one nominee we did not run elections and the seat was claimed by that nominee.

If the committers don't vote on the Participant candidates, which members do, the Strategic, Enterprise and Participant members, or only the Participant members?
Participant Member Representative is voted and selected by Participant Members.
How many eligible members are there in that category this year?
Again, will get back on all the numbers and percentages once voting is completed, but number of Participant Members is 8. See https://jakarta.ee/membership/members/
