Yes, it's a new year, and that means when you update a file for the first
time this year, you should also update the copyright year for the file.
Often that means changing "1997, 2019" to "1997, 2020".  Or, if there is
only one copyright year specified, changing "2019" to "2019, 2020".

No, no one is going to do that for you.  *You* need to do it.  But only
for the files that you're otherwise changing.  No bulk updates just to
change the copyright year.

A new version of the GlassFish copyright Maven plugin is available that
includes updated defaults appropriate for our Eclipse projects.  Many
projects already have the plugin configured and can just update to
version 2.2 of the plugin.  More information on the plugin is available
