[jakarta.ee-community] BOM vs. Parent POM

Hi,

Going to put this in a new thread as the old "Profiles" one has grown and taken too many sidelines.

While MicroProfile 1.4-SNAPSHOT still struggles to get the BOM right (https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-bom/blob/master/pom.xml is not yet there I'm afraid) at least some projects under EE4J like Grizzly already got one that looks better: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/grizzly/blob/master/bom/pom.xml

There's aready an EE4J Parent POM:

https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/ee4j/tree/master/parent

Guess it would not take too much to also leverage what Grizzly got to a more central EE4J BOM next to it.
