[iot-wg] Arduino License

Hi,

coming from the last post of Benjamin about IoT project requirements, I
remembered our own block of code that we had for openSCADA and the Arduino.

We kept it in openSCADA for now since Arduino itself (the libraries) are
licensed under the LGPL.

Now can we provide that source code (no binaries) as a download for
Eclipse SCADA? It would require the Arduino base libraries in order to
work in the end.
