Re: [iot-pmc] Candidates for termination

Yes, Mike is right. The paho incubator project was started as a place
for new MQTT related experiments or startup sub-projects. We've not
used it, so if it's using up resources, then removing it is fair.

The main Paho project is continuing, and we do have some renewed
participation from Microsoft in the last couple of months, so I'm
optimistic we'll get some new maintainers. Of course, new
participation is welcome from all other quarters too :-)
