[iot-pmc] Release Review Request for 2.0.0 release of Eclipse 4diac

Dear IoT PMC Members,

the Eclipse 4diac project is currently in its final phase for the 2.0.0 release scheduled for Oct 8th. For that we kindly request your release review. As the
release number indicates we plan this to be our graduation release.
