thanks for the explanation - I didn't take it as aggressive at all, just unexpected :-)

It's a +1 from me also. 

I'm familiar with the project as I worked with the team developing it, so I'm happy to see this event.

AFAIK the IoT PMC has done a great job supporting and guiding IoT projects, so there is really nothing more to it (than a poor choice in my wording).
