Spring Core 4.3.20 library (which, BTW, is from the 4.3.x branch which has
already reached EOL in Dec 2020 so you should probably not use it any more).

That said, there are several approved CQs on record for Spring Core 4.3.x.
FMPOV you do not need a CQ at all for using 4.3.20 because the CQs on record
are also good for newer service releases, given that the upstream project uses
semantic versioning (which the Spring Framework does).

I guess the same applies for most of your other CQs regarding Spring
components. Can you check and withdraw the CQs if applicable?
