Matteo,

it doesn't look like there is any source code availabe at the URL you provided.
In fact, it looks like this is just about repackaging Spring Core as an OSGi
bundle, right? If that is indeed the case then I assume that Kura is in fact
depending on the functionality provided by Spring Core and you therefore need
to make sure that Spring Core 4.3.20 is license compatible with Kura. The same
seems to apply to the other CQ you created, or am I mistaken?

BTW are you aware of the new IP process that is in place at the Eclipse
Foundation [1] which requires you to create a CQ only for deps for which there
is no license information on record at the Eclipse Foundation nor Clearly
Defined [3].
You might want to take advantage of using the Dash License Check tool for that
purpose as described here [2].
