| [iot-pmc] Committer Election for Ian Craggs on Sparkplug has started |
A committer election for Ian Craggs on project Sparkplug (iot.sparkplug) was started by Obermaier Dominik with this criteria: For HiveMQ I'd like to request a committer election to add Ian Craggs to be a committer on iot.sparkplug. Ian Craggs is already active in other Eclipe IoT projects with numerous contributions and is the project lead for Eclipse Paho[1]. He is member of the MQTT TC at OASIS [2] and is Chair at the MQTT SN Subcommittee at OASIS [3] . Ian also created an unofficial TCK-like project [4] for interoperability testing of different MQTT implementations. His expertise and experience with standardization work as well as implementation of open IoT standards will help the Sparkplug WG accelerate creating a Sparkplug specification as well as the corresponding TCK.
