Greetings IoT PMC.

IP Team member Shawn and I are experimenting with some ideas that we have for a new simpler flow through the IP due diligence process and are using the CQs submitted by the Eclipse Arrowhead project as a case study.

The gist is that we'd like to start with the "requires further investigation" list generated by the license tool and see what we can knock off the list without requiring that additional CQs be created. In this particular example, we started with three libraries, were able to knock two of them off the list by doing a normal diff review (just without an extra CQ), but then determined that we need to engage the scanner tool on the third library. That's why I attached the source code (I'm not sure how well getting the IP Team to hunt down source code is going to scale, but we're experimenting right now).

Anyway, during this experiment, I'll likely be the one attaching source code and creating additional CQs (in the case where we decide that we need to).

I'll offer to approve these CQs (when approval is required) on your behalf, but defer to your judgement if you want to stay involved in that part of the process.

May I approve these CQs on the PMC's behalf? (I'll follow our usual process of accepting a single +1 and no -1s as approval).
