Hi all,

  the Eclipse Kapua project would like to release Kapua 1.3.0 (minor release) on Nov 3rd. The release review information is available at [1]. 

According to the Eclipse Handbook, the Kapua team declare this minor release and distribute associated products considering that:
  • we're within one-year limit from the last successful review (Kapua 1.2.0 Jun 3rd 2020)
  • intellectual property has been properly accounted for and tracked.
