PMC:

As per my comment #16 in CQ21826, our expectation is that following a rewrite,
all templates will no longer be required and they will be removed. 

However, this will take time.  Following internal discussions, we
believe there is very little risk with providing checkin of the attachment at
this time.

Following PMC’s +1, we will mark this CQ as “pending” to ensure we do no lose
site there is a requirement for follow-up to ensure the matter is fully
resolved.
