A committer election for Alexandre MUNSCH on project Eclipse Keyple
(iot.keyple) was started by Pierre Terree with this criteria:

Alexandre Munsch is C/++ dev expert, he just finished the C++ porting of the
Eclipse Keyple project.
He did a single commit for the moment, but he added more than 59 000 lines to
the project.
Alexandre will actively continue to improve the C++ implementation of Eclipse
Keyple, he deserves to be commiter.
