Apologies for wasting your time, Jens. I really was asleep at the wheel ... The
original does have a LICENSE file
(https://github.com/ThijsSassen/cdds-cxx/blob/master/LICENSE) and that it was
left out of the zip file is my bad — and so is assuming that the license
headers in the files would match it.

I assume merely replacing the zip file with one that adds the LICENSE is not
good enough, clearly the file headers need updating, too. I'll check with the
guys and see whether they can update the headers to match the license file and
update the ticket as soon as I can.
