[iot-pmc] Committer Election for Bianca Wiesmayr on Eclipse 4diac has started 
A committer election for Bianca Wiesmayr on project Eclipse 4diac (iot.4diac)
was started by Alois Zoitl with this criteria:

  Over the last year Bianca worked hard to improve the overall usability of
4diac IDE. This resulted in more then 50 commits that were merged. Based on
this hard work and her commitment I would like to nominate Bianca as
committer.
