Not quite. We had the dedicated MRAA domain https://mraa.io for a while now and this switched ownership along with the project too.
This is currently a simple redirect to MRAA Github's page, but for MRAA this works well.

We keep a detailed project change log that is updated with every release, see
https://github.com/eclipse/mraa/blob/2.1/docs/changelog.md
for the current release.
There are also some conventions in place about git commit messages to make it easy for anyone who wants even more details.
