Hi Kai,

I fear I don't understand the problem.
Having comments before the "---" in YAML is no problem as I understand from the
spec.
Empty templates should also not be a problem for k8s, should they?

I did a dry-run with the current version with copyright headers and did not get
errors.

Why do we need copyright headers in all Helm files in the first place?
Shouldn't the root LICENSE file of the packages project be sufficient?
The already existing Hono Helm chart also does not contain a single copyright
header btw.
